The Secretary General, who is in the top 40 of the Forbes list of The World’s Most Powerful People, will accept the Award at a ceremony at Ballykisteen

Hotel & Golf Resort. The wife of the Secretary General (Mrs. Ban) is also travelling to Tipperary for the ceremony. There are a limited number of tickets available for the Award Ceremony for members of the public. Ban Ki-moon will receive the award and deliver a key note address. Mr Moon’s key interests have been promoting sustainable development, empowering women, and supporting countries facing crisis or instability.
