“People going to Funerals are absolutely disgusted,” said Cllr Eddie Bennett. “Something has to be done before the Tidy Towns’ judges visit Cashel.” Cllr Bennett also criticised the new local government reforms. “We’re going to suffer from a serious democratic deficit in Cashel with the new boundaries,” he told Cashel Town Council.
