Countdown on to The
Tipperary Fayre

Tipperary produces an astonishing array of high quality local food and crafts. Thurles Chamber see a need to support and highlight the extraordinary quality of locally produced foods and crafts, as well as supporting existing businesses and shops in the town. At the moment Thurles has two great markets held on Saturday mornings – The Farmer’s Market and the Baker Street Market which give locals a chance to buy food direct from great local producers. Following the success of last year’s inaugural Tipperary Fayre, Thurles Chamber are holding the Tipperary Fayre to further support the existing markets, shops and businesses in town in a celebration of local produce (food, craft and horticultural produce) and bring large numbers into the town. Please mark your diaries as the Tipperary Fayre is taking place in Thurles on Saturday 2nd June 2012.
