All are welcome to our OPEN BADMINTONNIGHT in Our Lady’s Secondary school on Thursday Oct 6th from 8 p.m.. Present members will be on hand to demonstrate badminton skills and encourage potential members to join up and enjoy a sociable and lively sport which is not difficult to master. Some of its benefits are improved fitness and flexibility, not to mention maintenance of bone density for the more mature among us, without the tedium of a regimented keep fit class. So whether or not you have previously owned and enjoyed a badminton racket as far back as secondary school, or even if badminton is a complete mystery, come along and try out the sport. The decision to commit will be entirely yours! No charge will be applied on the night.
