Knitting – Urlingford Library is hoping to start a knitting circle in the near future on Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. If you love to knit and would enjoy meeting others who are like-minded then Urlingford is the place to be. Bring your knitting and relax. There are a lot of knitting addicts out there so come on and get together. Commemoration – The annual Walsh-Quinn Commemoration will take place on Friday, May 20th commencing with Mass at 7.30 p.m. in Tullaroan Church and afterwards to Knocknagrass for prayers and oration.

Crumlin Hospital – John Holohan would like to express his sincere thanks to all those who supported his appeal for Crumlin Hospital, those who donated and organized activities and to the clubs, schools and organisations who participated. Over 4,100 euro has been presented to the hospital research fund to date. It is hoped to organise further events in the coming months for such a worthy cause. Thanks again for your generosity.
