Nuala explained how committed the Council is to supporting Roscrea and implementing as many elements of the Roscrea Enhancement Plan as possible. Nuala explained that the scheme encourages communities to upgrade their buildings to enhance their character and appearance while at the same time aiming to reinforce local pride in the area for residents, businesses and visitors.
