Crumlin Hospital Fundraiser

The club wishes to thanks all our members who helped in any way over the past few weeks in organising and helping in the fundraising for Crumlin.

County Board Draw

We had a few winners in the County Board Draw over the last few weeks.

In our local draw €200 voucher for Templetuohy Foods went to Pat Delaney Harristown. €150 voucher from Fiacri House went to Seamus Sullivan Orchard Cresent. €100 voucher from Ely Centra went to Napolean Dequillo Jnr c/o Lisheen Mine. Winners in the county draw were Joe Kennedy and Tom Maher Templetuohy €500 each and Paddy Lee Newport €200.

Intermediate Hurling Mid Championship

We play Drom-Inch on Saturday 17th in Holycross at 6.45pm

Junior Hurling

We are down to play Thurles Gaels on Friday 23rd in Littleton at 6.30pm

Minor Hurling Mid Semi Final Fixture for this game is Thursday 22nd in Holycross at 6.30pm

Mick Coen Tournament

This event is fixed for Saturday 24th in Borrisoleigh at 6.30pm. All proceeds from this game go to North Tipp Hospice.

Upperchurch Drombane GAA

Senior Hurling: The senior hurlers were victorious against Portroe in the final of the Johnny Ryan senior hurling challenge cup in Nenagh last Sunday. Captain Andy Kinane received the cup on behalf of the team. Well done to all panel members, trainer Michael Bevans, selectors Pádraig Hayes, Michael Ó Dwyer, Seamus Armstrong and Tom Kennedy and all backroom staff involved.

Junior B Football: The junior B footballers were beaten by Moycarkey last Sunday in Drombane on a scoreline of 2-8 to 0-08.

Minor Hurling: The minor hurlers play Moycarkey Wednesday evening in Littleton at 7.30pm.

Ladies Football: The ladies footballers had a good win against Clonmel in the Junior A football championship in Drombane on Sunday evening.

Cycling: Best of luck to Peter Ryan who departs for Canada on Saturday for the world championships. Go n-éirí an tádh leat.
