Did you know, children who are constantly watching TV programmes and videos with skinny actors wearing short and bare clothing can often lead to low self esteem and eating disorders.
In retrospect studies have also shown a 12% increase in aggressive behaviour after watching violent television.
Research has also shown that children who watch a lot of television, which is four or more hours a day, put in less effort at school, have poorer reading skills, have fewer friends, become less sensitive to the pain of others around them and have fewer hobbies and activities.
