Late Vincent Noonan

Ard Mhuire and London

The tragic death in an accident in Acton, London, of Vincent Noonan, 38,Ard Mhuire, shocked all who knew Vincent and his family. Aged 50, he had lived in London for some years but always kept in touch with events at home. In his younger days he was a keen member of Thurles Rugby Club, and his coffin was draped in the club’s colours when it was received at the Cathedral last week. His mother, Sheila(nee McElgun) predeceased him some years back.

There was a large gathering to greet Vincent on his final journey home and again at his interment in St Patrick’s on Thursday last following Concelebrated Requiem Mass in the Cathedral.

Sincere sympathy is extended to his father, Maurice, brother, Pat, sister-in-law, Mary, nephews, niece and many friends and relatives, on their tragic loss.
