Tipp Tech Firm Wins ‘Emerging Medical Technology Company of the Year Award’

Tipperary based Technopath Manufacturing has won the Emerging Medical Technology Company of the Year Award which took place last night in Galway’s Radisson Blu Hotel.

Tipperary based Technopath Manufacturing has won the Emerging Medical Technology Company of the Year Award which took place last night in Galway’s Radisson Blu Hotel.

The Awards are jointly hosted by Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland and the Irish Medical Devices Association, a business sector within IBEC

Technopath Manufacturing is a privately held company that manufacture products for a number of multinational in-vitro diagnostic companies. Its products monitor the quality of Hospital Laboratory Blood Tests and prevent the reporting of incorrect results thus ensuring optimal patient care.

Ireland’s reputation as a hub for the medical technology sector continues to go from strength to strength due to the combined forces of our indigenous and multinational Medtech cluster. 17 of the top 25 global Medtech companies are located in Ireland with the sector responsible for over J7.3 billion in exports annually.’
