TEMPLEMORE town councillors have reluctantly agreed to meet their county counterparts. The decision to meet councillors from the Templemore area council was only decided on the casting vote of Mayor Maura Byrne.
The request for a meeting came from the county councillors at the July meeting of Templemore Town Council. However, the town councillors had no great appetitie for the meeting and warned the meeting would only go ahead if they received an agenda before hand and if the redesigned town Square was not on it.
