A PRIMARY School in west Tipperary has received a glowing report from the Department of Education. On March 7th, an Inspector carried out a Whole School Evaluation (WSE) on Shronell National School, Banogue, Croom.

The results were published recently.

Shronell NS is a co-educational primary school situated outside the village of Lattin, west Tipperary. The school enrols pupils from junior infant to sixth-class levels. 74 pupils are currently enrolled in the school. The school’s mission statement places significant emphasis on the holistic education of children in a safe, happy and co-operative environment, states the Inspector.
