Getting your body fit and healthy does not have to be the chore it’s often perceived to be. Instead, as people all around the country are finding out each day, dancing is one of the best fitness workouts there is. If you’re struggling to find fitness motivation pacing on a treadmill to nowhere help could be close at hand. The Source Arts Centre’s Dance Artist in Residence Cathy O’Kennedy has vast experience of working with community groups of all ages and abilities.
No experience necessary, but early booking is essential as places are limited. All classes run for six weeks starting in the second week in January (excluding mid-term).
