Thomas MacDonagh Weekend - In conjunction with the Thomas MacDonagh weekend the Cloughjordan Heritage Group will hold a talk on the Widows and Dependants of the 1916 Signatories in the G.A.A. Clubroom on Sunday, 1st May at 8 p.m. The speaker will be Sinéad McCoole, a well know historian and the author of a number of acclaimed books on women and history.

Dawn Mass - On Easter Sunday morning, Dawn Mass will be celebrated on Ballygibbon Hill at 7 a.m.

Hurling - Well done to Kilruane MacDonaghs U/14 hurlers who won the North Féile final last Sunday beating Nenagh. Best of luck to the senior hurlers who play Moneygall in the North championship this weekend.

Stations of the Cross - The Methodist, Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic communities of Cloughjordan will come together in an Ecumenical Service of public witness on Good Friday. The Service will commence in MacDonagh Ave. at 6.30 p.m.

Eco Village Walks - As part of the Thomas MacDonagh weekend, guided walks will take place in the Eco village on Saturday, 30th April at 3 p.m., Sunday, 1st May at 4 p.m. and Monday, 2nd May at 4 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
