Donaghmore - Ballybrophy

Inconvenience - The Bridge at Killadooley Cross, Donaghmore is still closed and is causing untold hardship to everybody. To get to Rathdowney, Donaghmore or Ballybrophy people have to make a detour of roughly 5 miles each way to get to their destination. In both time and petrol costs it is no wonder that people are cross with Laois Co. Council. A total inconvenience is the only way this closed bridge can be described. Apparently there will be no early answer so people have to suffer on and they will certainly go on complaining with the increased price of fuel at the pumps.
