Nenagh gardai seize quantity of heroin

A generator for a boat was stolen in Dromineer on May 23, and Gardai are looking for a blue car, possibly a Ford Focus, that was seen leaving the area. They are also looking for the culprits who broke into a number of cars in Kilruane on the same night while people were at Bingo. One car had a handbag, credit cars and about E100 in cash taken from it.

About E3,000 worth of items were taken from Killavilla, Roscrea, on May 21. The thieves made off with a red twin-axle trailer, a chainsaw, powerwasher, an angle grinder. The Gardai are looking to trace a dark coloured estate that was seen leaving the area.

The Gardai are also concerned at the number of thefts of car spoilers in the past few months, with another one taken from a car in Nenagh on May 23. On the same day, 10 solar lights were taken from a garden belonging to a house on Borrisokane Road. A car was stopped at Streamstown, Roscrea, on May 23, by the Gardai and a number of CS gas cylinders were seized. About E50 worth of cannabis was seized on Borrisokane Road, Nenagh, while a quantity of heroin was seized in William Street, Nenagh, on May 22.
