Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers’ Association spokesperson on health and safety issues, John Flynn, said: “With the fine weather comes an upsurge in farming activity, particularly work involving tractors and other heavy machinery. I would urge those involved in farm work and all other road users to put safety first at all times and to be extremely vigilant.”
