Woman charged in Thurles Court after Roscrea Death

A woman accused of assaulting a man in Roscrea, causing harm, was granted bail at Thurles District Court on Tuesday, on condition she hand over her passport and pay a bail of €1,000.
A woman accused of assaulting a man in Roscrea, causing harm, was granted bail at Thurles District Court today, on condition she hand over her passport and pay a bail of €1,000.
Inga Ozolina, of 2 The Malthouse, Roscrea, is charged under Sec. 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997, assault causing harm, at her address on Sunday, November 20th last. The injured party was named as Andrius Pukas.
Judge Elizabeth MacGrath remanded the case to Nenagh on December 22nd next.
Further charges may be proferred against her in the coming weeks. A Russian intepreter was also called for.
