On Thursday July 4th our U.12s were back in action. Our third team faced Clonoulty in Leahy Park. A good opening ten minutes sent Cashel on their way and held onto a decent half time lead 3-1 to 1-1.

The team kept up the pressure into the second half and ran out convincing winners. Cashel had a fine team display and the scorers on the night were, Aiden Maher 2-0, Evan Moloney 2-0, James O Sullivan 1-0, Ben White 0-1 and TJ Barron 0-1.

Meanwhile in Clonoulty, our A & C Teams both suffered defeats to home side Clonoulty.

While both teams still should qualify for their respective semi final, a big improvement is needed if we are to challenge for championship glory.

Our U.14’s added another fine victory this time seeing off a determined challenge from Arravale Rovers.

With Cashel now having completed their league games undefeated they must now await the outcome of the remaining games to see whom they will meet in the league final.
