Tipp Manager Happy to be Back in National Final
Tipperary might have bagged 4-20 in the Allianz National Hurling League semi-final against Dublin on Sunday, but Manager Eamon O’Shea is not getting carried away.
Even allowing for the fact that Tipp were without a number of players due to injury, the Kilruane MacDonagh man was keen to play down anything that might be read into the performance which was being described by pundits as sublime. The honest reality though was more a scenario where Tipperary played very well, but Dublin played way below par – the gulf between the sides on the day was probably not a true reflection of the teams are at.
