Tipp Football Boss Speaks Openly About Defeat
In the immediate aftermath of the big game in Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney, Tipperary manager Peter Creedon said his team were simply not able to cope with what “Kerry brought to the table” and they had to accept that and move on .
Speaking after his teams seventeen point loss to Kerry in the Munster championship quarter final the manager said Kerry played to a higher standard than Tipperary.
“We were beaten by a better team.Kerry played to a h igher standard,we were not able to cope with it, move on,” said the manager.
