One of the biggest fears that smokers have coming into my office is the fear that they will not be able to resist the next cigarette and smoke again.

Why?

1) Past attempts to give them up were unsuccessful.

2) Self-doubt and uncertainty is there main focus instead of success.

3) Fear of failure yet again, is too hard to think about.
