This year’s 17th Terryglass Arts Festival promises fun for all the family with a jam packed programme to suit all ages.

A highlight of the five-day festival is the performance from aerial circus company Fidget Feet. The sky is their stage on Saturday Night Down at the Quay with an aerial circus performance not to be missed. This will be followed by a fireworks spectacular with resident MC, Today FM’s Bob Conway.

The fun continues on Sunday with a host of activities and shows to entertain even the youngest family members, from

making music using shapes, colours and animation with Dabbledoo Music, to Little Red Riding Hood by Moon & Sixpence, plus more acrobatics from Fidget Feet.

Festival chair Emma Pearce said that this year’s event was especially geared for families. “Terryglass Arts Festival is a well loved family festival which has seen its reputation grow over the past 17 years,” she said.

Tickets for festival events can be booked online on www.terryglassartsfestival.ie from July 27, or on 087-2181663.
