The Wellness Room on Stafford Street will host a Wellness Expo on Monday, August 10, from 10am to 8pm. The event, which is free of charge, is aimed at raising awareness of Aras Follain and Living Links.
Exhibitors will include groups that provide services locally in wellness and wellbeing. The expo will consist of mini-health consultations, finger prick testing, one-to-one advice, face painting, and refreshments. It will also include a wide range of taster classes and workshops such as listening skills workshop and yoga, Zumba and pilates.
Aras Follain assists people to develop and improve their physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health through peer support, social skills, personal development, self-recovery, and general daily wellbeing.
