Thurles Marketing Forum

A group of interested people have established a Thurles Marketing Forum to Market Thurles as a Tourism Destination. The group will focus initially on the Thurles International Hurling Festival to assist in developing the Festival into a bigger/deeper event with more elements that might help in attracting more visitors to Thurles.

The Marketing Forum will have an open door policy to any idea so feel free to contact us at Thurlesmf@gmail.com or via telephone at 087 270 1689.

We hope that anyone interested assisting to make the town presentable and attractive for visitors will join us for a meeting on October 23rd at 8pm in Hayes Hotel.

The Marketing Forum members are as follows:

Colm Fogarty(Chair), Catherine Fogarty(Sec/Pro), Jacqui Morrissey(Treasurer), Councillor Seamus Hanifan, Councillor John Kennedy, Michael Bowe, Noel Ryan and Rona Sorrell.

A Marketing Officer will be appointed shortly.
