LloydsPharmacy lends a helping hand to Tipperary SMEs

LloydsPharmacy, the largest network of pharmacy stores in Ireland, has launched an innovative new way to help Tipperary-based SMEs in the area of health and beauty

Tipperary companies with market ready products and services in Health, Wellness, Medical Devices, Personal Care, Dermo cosmetics and Beauty, to name a few are being invited to apply for a LloydsPharmacy New Business Clinic where they will have an opportunity to pitch for a full listing and business support package in all LloydsPharmacy stores throughout Ireland. The deadline for applications is March 31st and the first clinics take place on April 15th and April 16th. For SMEs based in Tipperary with new, innovative products, this presents an exciting opportunity to fast track their marketing and reach the 100,000 customers per week who use LloydsPharmacy for their skincare, pain management, child health and general pharmacy needs. Speaking about the new initiative, Martina Doyle of LloydsPharmacy said: “We are keen to meet with potential partners in Tipperary, with market ready products and give them a helping hand on the road to business growth. LloydsPharmacy is all about a positive health experience and we serve communities right across Ireland. We also know that being part of the community means supporting new businesses and that’s why we launched our business clinics to help people with innovative new products to get to a wider range of customers.” Successful applicants will get unmatched support from Ireland’s Pharmacy leader during the launch of their product in our stores. Getting involved is simple and the application form is online at www.lloydspharmacy.ie/newbusinessclinics. Applicants successful at this first stage, will be invited to pitch their application at the New Business Clinic on April 15th-16th 2014 in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin.
