North Tipperary Tourism Company Ltd is organising a networking event in The Governor’s House (Nenagh Heritage Centre) on the 19th of July from 12noon to 1.30pm The company will provide an update on tourism developments in the county which will be followed by a guided tour of the recently renovated Nenagh Castle.

North Tipperary Tourism Company Ltd is organising a networking event in The Governor’s House (Nenagh Heritage Centre) on the 19th of July from 12noon to 1.30pm The company will provide an update on tourism developments in the county which will be followed by a guided tour of the recently renovated Nenagh Castle.

The tourism company is made up of representatives from the trade such as accommodation providers, product providers and relevant agencies such as Shannon Development, North Tipperary LEADER, Tipperary North County Enterprise Board and North Tipperary County Council. The company is facilitated by the Community and Enterprise Department of North Tipperary County Council.

‘A delighted Holly Bond from Rathmines, Dublin, receives her prize of a hamper of Tipperary Food Products from Michael Wilkinson, North Tipperary Tourism Company Ltd., at the recent Taste of Dublin Show’ held in Iveagh Gardens, Dublin. The ‘Taste of Dublin’ event is Dublin’s most exciting outdoor food and drink festival and has attracted over 30,000 visitors.

Each year North Tipperary Tourism Company Ltd attends a number of domestic and international tourism trade and consumer shows at which they promote North Tipperary as a tourism destination. Promotional shows the tourism company has already attended in 2012 include; The Holiday World Show in Belfast & Dublin, The Over 50’s Show in Cork, Bloom in the Park, Taste of Dublin, Volvo Ocean Yacht Race, ITB Berlin, CMT Stuttgart, Best of Britain and Ireland, London. Upcoming shows for the remainder of 2012 are the Dublin Horse Show, the National Ploughing Championships, the Over 50s Show as well as shows in the UK such as The Good Food Show in Birmingham.
