Would you trust a talking cat? You never know, he might turn you from a pauper to a prince just like the hero of this story, brought to vivid life on our incredible sloping stage by Patrick Lynch from CBeebies.

Using smoke, mirrors and hidden panels Lynch manages to transform the stage into everything from a pond for fishing to an oven to cook bread in. A host of puppets, a working windmill and an avalanche of fruit and nuts await in this classic furry tail.

Lyngo Theatre are a small production company that draw upon English and Italian connections to create highly visual and creative shows based on fables for children.

Patrick Lynch does an amazing job of telling the tale and adapting to many characters in each production.

The play is just fifty minutes long, a perfect time for a child to be captivated without getting bored and is suitable for children aged four-plus.

It’s the cat’s whiskers!

Don’t miss ‘Puss In Boots’ at The Source Arts Centre in Thurles on Saturday, June 13th at 2pm & 4pm.
