Karen Egan will perform her exciting new songs in a rollercoaster of styles from hip-hop to pop, jazz to country, French ballad to blue-grass and gospel, finishing with a moving rock anthem that will make you feel as if you can change the world at The Source on Thursday, May 21st (8pm).

In a show filled with melody and mischief this former member of comedy act The Nualas promises a night of passion, laughter and endless surprises. Don’t miss this hot, chic chanteuse with a zippy line in laughs. Voilà la Charlatanne!

In May of this year Karen was awarded artist in residence at the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris. While there she performed as guest artist with Congolese guitarist Niwel Tsumbu at the prestigious Pompidou Centre for Festival de Poèsie, and also as guest artist at Fête de la Musique at the Cultural Centre playing to an audience of 5,000.

Meanwhile, on screen, Karen has played the role of singer Deloise Delight in the BBC drama series ‘Ripper Street’. Karen also starred in ‘Your Bad Self’ (IFTA award-winning comedy television series for RTE).
