White Noise’s beatbox workshops have been held in schools, arts festivals and music groups throughout Ireland. Not only have they proved immensely popular, but they also serve as an introduction to the fascinating world of beatboxing - the art of vocal percussion.

White Noise’s beatbox workshops have been held in schools, arts festivals and music groups throughout Ireland. Not only have they proved immensely popular, but they also serve as an introduction to the fascinating world of beatboxing - the art of vocal percussion.

White Noise has performed as a beatboxer throughout the world for over a decade, imitating drum kits and DJ routines. He has performed at hundreds of events including Electric Picnic and Oxegen. He has also performed across the UK, Germany and Asia and is the only Irish beatboxer to have ever competed in the World Beatbox Championships. White Noise has a knack for teaching the art of beatboxing and runs the workshops for children and adults throughout Ireland. He often performs alongside other musicians including percussionists and vocalists such as the award-winning Rhythm Corporation and has appeared live and in studio recordings in collaboration with artists like Vyvienne Long, and Super Extra Bonus Party - including featuring on their Choice Music Award-winning debut album and its follow up release.

The Whitenoise beatbox workshop at the Source Arts Centre on Saturday, July 6th are only €10 and early booking is advised - 12pm-1pm 11 to 14-year-olds, 2pm-3pm 15 to 18-year-olds.
