The Bottom Dog Theatre Company is Limerick’s leading professional theatre company.

Their interpretation of the tragic series of events that lead to Bridgie Cleary’s death has been crafted into a poetic and powerful script and is the first Irish production since the Abbey Theatre produced it in 2005.

‘What Happened Bridgie Cleary?’ stars Joanne Ryan (‘Ros na Rún’), who was nominated this year for an Irish Times Theatre Award for her portrayal, alongside well-known actor Myles Breen and Pius McGrath.

This is a potent tale about love, desire and superstition.

‘What Happened Bridgie Cleary?’ relives the infamous true story. It is another must-see production from Limerick’s Bottom Dog Theatre Company. One not to be missed.

‘What Happened Bridgie Cleary’ features at The Source Arts Centre on Friday, September 5th.
