A charming solo performance for young children. Miriam Lambert, from the well-known Lambert family of puppeteers, is delighted to present With her unique style of puppetry Miriam Lambert brings life to this classic tale we all know and love.

Devised, written and performed by Miriam Lambert, this gentle, captivating performance takes place within an original two-tier puppet booth, from where the magic, experienced by young and old, never fades. Imagine a storybook that comes alive and meet Baby Bear in the flesh.

Miriam has been working in Puppet Theatre since her childhood when she was trained by her mentor and father the late Master puppeteer Eugene Lambert- founder of the Lambert Puppet Theatre, Dublin. She has worked on many RTE children’s productions, including ‘Wanderly Wagon’ and in recent years her solo productions have toured nationally and internationally.

Tickets: €8 (€25 family of four). Suitable for ages two-plus.


A very special collection of works by painters Zita Reihill and Elizabeth Cope will be shown in The Source Arts Centre Gallery from Thursday, September 12th September until Thursday, October 31st. The exhibition will feature contrasting styles and will appeal to a general audience, artists, and students of art alike. Subject matter includes landscapes, portraits and still life.

Dublin-based artist Zita Reihill graduated from Dun Laoire College of Art And Design. She has exhibited regularly in Dublin for the past eighteen years as well as showing in London, New York, Venice and Melbourne. Her work can be found in many private collections worldwide. Of her recent works Kilkenny-based artist Elizabeth Cope has exhibited in galleries worldwide over the past twenty years and her work is found in many important public and private collections. A graduate of National College of Art & Design, Elizabeth went on to study at Chelsea School of Art and Sir John Cass School of Art in London. She has taken part in art residencies all over the world. Elizabeth is a recipient of many awards, not least Imagine Ireland’s sponsorship of her solo show in 2011.
