Ireland’s top all-female comedy singing sensations The Nualas are back, guns a’blazin‘ and wellies polished and legging it down to The Source Arts Centre for a night of laugh-your-head off, wet-your-pants, pass-out-from-the-glamour-of-it-all entertainment.
With self-penned songs, scintillating vocal harmony and ambitious choreography, this dynamic trio has wowed audiences all over the world and cultivated a massive cult following, from Sligo to Sydney!
They have achieved 6 sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival, completed extended seasons in London, Dublin and New York, headlined the first Singapore International Comedy Festival and completed five major tours, including a 64-date UK theatre tour, including the Royal Albert Hall in London.
In a world where pop stars think nothing of singing in their underwear, The Nualas buck the trend by sporting proper yet unbelievably eye catching stage attire. You’ll hear Nuala favourites like ‘Manolo’ alongside fabulous all-new classics, such as ‘Sexy Farm Song’, and ‘Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, Why Am I So Fat?’ Expect scintillating vocal harmony, ambitious choreography, bags of bling, and a night packed solid with craic, laughter, tears, and chat (not necessarily in that order).
The Nualas feature at The Source Arts Centre on Saturday, September 28th (8pm). Tickets: €18 (€16 concession). Box office: 0504 90204. Online: thesourceartscentre.ie.
