After being postponed because of adverse weather conditions some weeks ago, Roscrea Rugby Club’s Family Fun Day will now go ahead on September 9th. Hopefully it will be a fine day and there will be a big turnout.
This year’s event will be even bigger and better than last year with numerous new attractions and traditional favourites available such as the human football table, a fifty foot slide, human demolition, gladiator, bouncing castle, climbing wall an obstacle course and much more. Some of these attractions are not suitable for very small children but there will be plenty of supervision. There will also be face painting, a BBQ and lots of kids games for all ages.
Chief organisers John Kirby and Sinead Feehan are asking members, players and friends of Roscrea Rugby Club to attend and bring with them as many people as possible. A great day is in prospect with plenty of entertainment guaranteed. The fun day will commence at 2pm and concludes at 6pm. The event will take place at Roscrea Rugby Grounds in Stremstown. All those who would like to volunteer to help on the day are asked to report for duty at 1pm. All support much appreciated.
