Scoil Aonghusa is gearing up to welcome more than 200 ladies this Friday (November 21) with a ‘Christmas Pamper Extravaganza.’
Preparations are well under way and organisers are expecting to have a strong attendance of between 250-300 guests on the night. Tickets are J15 and doors will open at 7pm sharp where guests will be treated to a mulled wine reception before the Principal Siobhan Keyes kicks off proceedings at 7.15pm with an opening address to welcome all those present and detail the events for the evening.
“Our three VIP Guests will then be drawn at this point,” says Siobhán, “presented to the audience before being whisked away to our special VIP lounge where their special evening of pampering and makeovers will commence. With such a large audience we felt it important to have the evening organised so as to ensure everyone gets to experience all the wonderful delights on offer and hence we will have Pamper Tour Guides assigned to lead each group of about 50 audience members through each of our six zones. Each group will have 1/2 hour in each zone to experience demonstrations, products, workshops and services.
The zones include: Workshop Zone where the audience will enjoy flirting, style up-cycling and feng shui workshops. In the Gift Zone our audience can peruse lots of lovely items of jewellery, bags, scarves and many more gift ideas to help with those Xmas gifts. Our Hair Zone will provide the audience with wonderful ideas on how to tackle unruly hair, or change a style in minutes before you head from office to party this Christmas. In our Makeup and Beauty Zone there will be excellent advice and tips on how to treat your skin, give it a youthful glow and learn lots of makeup tips to achieve the perfect party looks this Christmas.” Cashel native and matchmaker extraordinaire Avril Mulcahy will be on hand to give flirting tips, while rugby heartthrob Denis Leamy is expected to melt a few hearts when he drops by on the night! Complimentary wine & food plus & loads of fun guaranteed. Tickets are available at 062 62644.
