The final session took place last Thursday night and due to circumstances outside the branche’s control the venue had to be changed.

The session took place in the park field in the warm sunshine a good night was had by all. The branch would like to thank all who took part over the four weeks and would like to thank the visiting branches who helped to make it a success. This weekend all roads lead to U.L. in Limerick for the Munster Fleadh we will be represented by a number of branch members so the best of luck to all who are competiting. Congratulations to Conal Hanamy who won the English and Irish Singing and lilting competitions at the Leinster Fleadh Last weekend in Edenderry.

New Book Venture

The Abbey Hall Bookshop in Main Street in association with Roscrea People have opened a new book adventure. Hundreds of books mainly Irish non-fiction but many others, all in mint condition. All the books are very reasonably priced and make great presents. Book shop open, Wednesday through Saturday.
