Riverdance Tipperary Trip

Eight World and All Ireland winning champion performers, including former ”Riverdance” dancers from the Janet Coyle School of Dancing in Donegal will take a trip to Tipperary next Sunday for a St Patrick’s Night Concert in Dundrum House Hotel, Thurles in aid of South Tipperary Hospice.

Eight World and All Ireland winning champion performers, including former ”Riverdance” dancers from the Janet Coyle School of Dancing in Donegal will take a trip to Tipperary next Sunday for a St Patrick’s Night Concert in Dundrum House Hotel, Thurles in aid of South Tipperary Hospice.

They will be joined by top Tipp artistes, including members of the Joe Bradley Group who meet regularly for a Coordeek Night in Ayle, Cappawhite, and others to entertain on what should be a memorable night will be traditional singers, Teresa O’Connor, Cappawhite, and Matt Ryan of Annacarty, Maura O ‘Brien and her four cousins from Boherlahan, Carhue, Cashel, and Holycross, The Seamus O Toole Group and friends from Newport and Paul Grisewood, Cappawhite, will be there and also T J Heffernan, Rossmore, and his friend from Upperchurch.

The dancers from the Janet Coyle School will stay in Dundrum next Saturday and Sunday for what should be a memorable weekend as there will be a Seisiun in the Venue on the Saturday night with many of the musicians who will take part in the concert also entertaining.

The MC for the evening will be well known Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann personality, Francis Grisewood, Cappawhite.
