Kennedy Park Comes Alive

On Wednesday last, Kennedy Park held their annual Family Fun week and once again it was a great success. The week was full of games including hurling, racing, rugby and loads more activities which young and old enjoyed.

On Wednesday last, Kennedy Park held their annual Family Fun week and once again it was a great success. The week was full of games including hurling, racing, rugby and loads more activities which young and old enjoyed.

n Saturday with the help of the Roscrea Fire Brigade, Omac, the Roscrea Guards and Jerry and Michael Kirwan we had a Crash Demo which proved to be a great success Thanks to all involved. On Sunday the Free Spirit Bikers came on board and gave young and old, bike rides, around the field much to the enjoyment of all the participants. We would like thank Tom Nash, McDonalds and Trevor Flechter for the juices, drinks, taytos, walkers, and the sugar donuts. Thanks also to the musicians Simon Simmons, Eddie Simmons, Michael Hutchinson and Daragh Carey Kennedy, for the entertainment they provided throughout the week. Thanks also to The Templemore Pipe Band, Damien Monahan for the pony rides and also NTSP for their sponsorship and support. Thanks to all the Parents and the Children for their outstanding support throughout the week. Thanks also to Denis Maher and Tim Floyd for letting the committee use the three Munster Cups and last be not least thanks to Buggy O’Meara for taking the time to come and meet and greet our Children and Parents and for the wonderful encouragement he gave our young people in his speech. We hope ye all enjoyed and will continue to support us in the coming months again. Thank you all.
