Roscre Beo held its first annual festival in 2012. It was deemed a huge success as over 1,000 spectators poured into Roscrea Castle and surrounds. It’s hoped to build on this success in the coming year. Festivities kick off on August 22nd with the launch of “Echoes of Roscrea” in the White House. This special CD is crafted to commemorate Roscre Beo and the Town’s history and traditions. There are songs and stories never before recorded as well as some truly exciting collaborations.
