Borrisoleigh’s Clóda Scanlon qualifies for All-Ireland final

A Borrisoleigh girl has reached the All-Ireland final of the TeenStars singing contest - 17-year-old Clóda Scanlon (a fifth year student in St Joseph’s College) is the only Tipperary contestant to reach the All-Ireland beating over 1,000 contestants in the process.

A Borrisoleigh girl has reached the All-Ireland final of the TeenStars singing contest - 17-year-old Clóda Scanlon (a fifth year student in St Joseph’s College) is the only Tipperary contestant to reach the All-Ireland beating over 1,000 contestants in the process.

TeenStars are giving a cash prize of €5,000 to the contestant who comes first. Also up for grabs is a recording studio prize for second place and cash prizes thereafter. The top ten finalists will get the chance to record a charity CD alongside the teenstars judges.
