Albanian Orphanage Appeal

CLONOULTY Community Centre will host a ‘body conditioning night’ on Wednesday, September 19 with our own Fitness Professional Breda Carr (nee Hogan)

Breda has 20 years experience in the fitness industry, and has performed herself at the highest level in many sports and continues to train. She is currently based at the University of Limerick working with high performance athletes, teams as well as the general public. She will be happy to answer any questions on fitness that you may have on the night. All proceeds from the night are going to the Albanian Orphanage Appeal.

The programme for the night will focus on: Core Strength, (Flat Stomach) Flexibility, Posture and Relaxation.

Breda will provide 2 sessions first come first serve basis: Session 1 – commencing at 7pm sharp. Session 2 – 8pm. Admission is €10.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from the following: Ann Egan, Bridget Mulhall, Siobhan Hennessy and Lena O’Dwyer. A container is leaving on September 16th for Albania. Please contact us and we will make arrangements to collect any unwanted clothing, bed linen, blankets, duvets, curtains, shoes, bags, school bags, Holy Communion Dresses, Wedding/Bridesmaid dresses etc. Your support will greatly help.
