A Nenagh based development company has been given the go ahead to construct a major new town centre development in Nenagh.
Fiduciary Trust has been granted conditional planning permission for a major development comprising a large retail store, restaurant and car park and associated works on a site between the Kenyon St Car Park and Stafford St.

The developers are hopeful that the project will bring another international retailer to Nenagh, a move that would surely serve to really open up this area of the town.

However, the new development will not take place until the men behind the project secure an anchor tenant for the ambitious new project.
The developers , who were also behind the Quintin's Way development on Pearse St. in the town state that the multimillion-euro project will centre on a new two-storey building with total floor space of approximately 30,000 sq ft, accommodating a main ground floor retail unit and three additional retail units.

The first floor will accommodate a restaurant, office units and associated features.
