Tipperary Dance Platform
October 12-14th @ 7.30pm
A three-day dance festival for the whole Tipperary community to enjoy.
The platform is a dance event designed to showcase pieces by top national and international dance companies. It also gives space for younger artists to show their work. The platform offers dance workshops, work in progress, national and international performances.
Admission: E15 platform ticket & E10 per performance. Under-18s admitted free of charge to all events.
The Ideas Shop - in

The Ideas Shop is a very special interactive show presented by authors Judi Curtin, Sarah Webb and Oisin McGann.
Admission: children free of charge.
Allegiance
November 1st @ 8pm
Allegiance depicts the private meeting between Winston Churchill and Michael Collins. In 1921 his friend and leader de Valera ordered Collins under sufferance, to travel to London, with the Irish delegation, to negotiate the Treaty that followed the Truce and the War of Independence. The two men were prepared to detest one another. Yet, at a point when the Treaty talks seemed to be in stasis, Churchill and Collins spent a night drinking together, talking, arguing, even singing and reciting poetry. They emerged from this session fascinated by each other. This compelling play is a must see.
