Music lovers are advised to drop several hints to advise partners and loved ones that the Furey’s and Davey Arthur, as well as Jerry Fish (pictured below) will be playing in the Nenagh Arts Centre in the near future and that a ticket might just be the ticket for Christmas.

The Furey’s and Davey Arthur are legendary in the Irish music scene since their hits ‘Sweet Sixteen’, ‘Green Fields Of France’ and ‘Red Rose Café’ were lodged in the charts in the mid-1980s. Albums and tours have followed a-plenty and the band are always a great draw, giving powerful and moving performances wherever they go. Tickets for this gig on Saturday, February 16th are priced at E25.

Eager crowds have flocked to Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club’s traveling musical medicine show. Their debut album reached multi-platinum status, with the single, ‘True Friends’ truly ingrained in the Irish hum-along psyche. The band played three consecutive nights at Glastonbury, have become a festival favourite in the UK and Ireland playing V Festival, The Isle of Wight, T in The Park, Oxegen, The Electric Picnic and turned a triumphant gig at the Spiegeltent into a best selling live album.

Tickets for the concert on Saturday, March 2nd are priced at E15 in a special early bird offer before Christmas.

All bookings can be made online at www.nenagharts.com or by calling the Arts Centre on 067 34400.
