Kilkeary N.S. Table Quiz - Kilkeary National School are holding a family table quiz in the Parish Hall in Toomevara on Friday 23rd. November at 8pm. Table costs 20.00 euro. Raffle and spot prizes.

G.A.A. Calender - Toomevara G.A.A. club will be launching its special edition of the 2013 souvenir calender on Sunday, 18th November at 6pm in the G.A.A. complex. This calender will celebrate the many wonderful achievements by the famed Toomevara hurlers from 1910 to 1914. This is a quality production by the organising committee and it features pictures and profiles of the hurlers and the people involved with the club during this historic period and should be of great interest to all Toomevara natives and anyone with an interest in G.A.A. affairs. The calender will be offficially launched by Fr. Willie McCormack P.P. and can be purchased for the very reasonable fee of 10 euro and all are invited to attend.

Toomevara Community Alert - A poker classic will be held in the Tipperary Inn on Friday, 23rd November at 9pm. Entry Fee E20.

Sports First Aid Course - The North Tipperary Partnership is pleased to run a Sports First Aid training course. This one day training course is designed for coaches, instructors, teachers, supervisors, sports assistants and volunteers. It will be held on Saturday 24th November in the Abbey Court Hotel from 10am to 5pm. the cost of the course is 60.00 per person and numbers are limited so early booking is advised.
