Templemore Twinning Association

The Twinning Association showcase of Potenza Picena (Italy) and Premilhat (France) continues in Templemore Library until the end of September.

On Thursday September 25th at 8pm there will be a cheese and wine reception with local French and Italian produce to mark the close of the exhibition.

All are welcome.

Trip To France 2012

A delegation from the association will travel to Premilhat from 20th to 24th September for their Harvest Festival. All are welcome. For more information contact  Jim O’ Shea 085 1744791.

Trip To Italy 2012

A delegation will travel to Potenza Picena for the “Grapa D’Or” Festival, leaving Templemore on Thursday 27th September and returning Tuesday 2nd October. All are welcome.  Anyone wishing to travel or for further information contact Marcus Wilson 086 8661501 or Jackie Costello 086 6089889

The association would like to extend an invitation to all the other clubs and associations in the Templemore and surrounding areas to send a representative to join the association,

The same welcome is extended to any person in the local community who would have an interest.

The association would also like to make it known that trips to our Twinned Towns are open to all, not just the town and parish of Templemore, Clonmore and Killea but to the surrounding towns and wider areas. The next meeting is on Wednesday 19th September at 8.00pm in the Town Hall.
