Moneygall - Dunkerrin

The Substation -

Dunkerrin Community Centre Presents The Substation. For the first time in half a century the stage in Dunkerrin is set for a magical place with live actors and is looking forward to a live audience to make it an occasion to remember. This is a musical play which deals with emigration and the lack of jobs at home that forced people to leave their native Ireland for England. All proceeds will go towards the funding of the recent heating system upgrade of this centre. Directed by Gerry Bergin and Brigit Toohey, Stage designed by Caroline Moten Troy, Music is directed by Ann Gleeson and preformed by Michael Doyle and Davy Bererton, Stage settings are by Ger Hogan and Ger Moten, Lighting settings are in the capable hands of Padraig Sheedy. John Campion is the MC (Fear on Ti) for this presentation.
