Killeen N.S. - The Board of Management of Killeen National School extend a warm welcome to everyone to a function marking the retirement of Mrs. Elizabeth Murray as Principal of the school. Marriage Preparation Courses - All couples preparing for marriage in the Killaloe Diocese are expected to participate in a Marriage Preparation Course. ACCORD is the body designated by the bishops to provide these courses and Accord facilitators have been specially trained to facilitate those preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage. The Accord Marriage preparation Courses and the Engaged Encounter Weekends offered by the Redemtorist community at their monastery in Esker, Athenry are the only courses which have the Approval of the Diocese of Killaloe. Templederry Scor Committee - The North Final of Scor na Nog takes place on November 23rd. Parents of children interested in taking part in any of these competitions are requested to attend a meeting on Friday, 26th October at 7 pm. in the Kenyon Community Centre.
