Birthday - Congradulations to Mary Forde, Ballinaclough, who celebrated her 70th birthday recently.

Blood Transfusion Service - The Irish Blood Transfusion Transfusion Service will be in the Abbey Court Hotel on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6pm-9pm. Please come along and donate, it may save a life. New donors always welcome.

Ballinaclough ICA - Ballinaclough ICA are having a walk on Sunday next September 7th in aid of Breast Cancer Research. The walk commenced at Ballinaclough Hall at 2pm. There will be refreshments after the walk in Ballinaclough Hall. Come along and support a very worthwhile cause.

Alzheimer Society - The North Tipp launch branch of the Alzheimers Society of Ireland are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of the society on Sunday 7th October at the pastoral centre, Church Rd. Nenagh, from 10am to 2pm. Martin Ryan, Regional Manager of the Alzheimer Society, Mid-West services will be in attendance. Martin will outline services, home care, respite, etc. and answer all queries. All welcome.

Get Well - Get well wishes are sent to Martin Kennedy, Cooleen, Silvermines who is in hospital at present.

GAA - Congradulations to our Tipp Minor Team on their great victory on Sunday last. Well done to our intermediate team who beat Moyne-Templetouhy in the county quarter final.
