Carol Service - Dunkerrin Church of Ireland are holding their Ecumenical Carol Service on Sunday, 23rd December at 7.30 p.m. All are welcome.

Hoolan and Noel Cahill, Jim and Maura Campion. First Six, Colm Kennedy and George Harding, Last Six, Dan Quinlan and Paddy McLoughlin. Last game, Mick Varley and Pat Berkery. Bonus Prize, Monica Byrnes and Catherine Whyte. Cards each Friday night at 8.15 p.m. On this Friday, 14th December the usual big Christmas Game will be taking place. There will be lots of prizes and raffles for excellent prizes. Be sure to come along and get yourself something for Christmas.

Social Dancing - There will be Social Dancing (Christmas Party Social) in the Shinrone Community Centre on this Saturday

night, 15th December. Music by ‘Nando & Shandy’. Dancing from 9.30 p.m. to 12.30 a.m. Number of draws for excellent prizes, come along and get into the festive spirit. All are welcome.

Bereaved - Sympathy is extended to the families of the following on their recent bereavements, John Gilmartin, Nenagh; Joe Kennedy, Clonmel; Pat McCann, Dunkerrin, Kathleen Spooner, Roscrea. May they all rest in peace.

Christmas Party - Moneygall / Dunkerrin / Barna Social Services are holding their Christmas Party on Sunday, 30th December in Dunkerrin Hall, dinner will be served at 2.30 p.m. Music, song and dance, raffle on door ticket. Please come and meet your old friends. Give your name to Molly, Irene or Catherine Whyte before 28th December.

Scor na bPaisti - The A.G.M. will be held on 19th December in the G.A.A. Centre at 7.30 p.m. Parents are invited to attend if they are interested in getting involved or if their child would like to take part in any of the following, Solo Song; Ballad Group; Instrumental Music; Novelty Act; Set Dancing; Figure Dance; Question Time or Recitation.

Carol Service - In Dunkerrin Church on Sunday, 16th December at 6 p.m. The children from Dunkerrin School will be joined by Clever Clogs Montessori School. This is in aid of setting up a book rental scheme in the school. A donation will also be made to St. Vincent de Paul. Tea, coffee and refreshments in the Hall afterwards hosted by the Parents Association.
